Refund Policy

At CSA K DERMA, we value your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help with our easy return and refund process.

Return Eligibility:

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The product must be in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • For hygiene reasons, certain skin care and personal care products cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

  • Items on clearance or "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Bank) within 7-10 working days.

Return Shipping:

  • If the product is defective or incorrect, CSA K DERMA will cover the shipping cost.

  • For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
